At Levant Pizza, all products are perishable food items. For this reason, we do not accept returns.
Refunds may be considered only if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe to consume. To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@levantpizza.com and provide:

Clear photos showing the product damage or problem, including packaging if applicable
Refund requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
We do not offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, delays that do not affect product quality, or claims submitted without photo evidence.
